The garden cress is known to many in the small bowls from the supermarket and is mostly grown and used in the form of seedlings. From Aussaht to harvest as a seedling, it grows within a week. The longer you wait to harvest, the sharper the cress becomes. A variety with a higher yield. The leaves are larger and wider.
